Rainbow Colour

LKG students celebrated Rainbow Day on 1st August. They were dressed up in rainbow colours. The concept and significance of rainbow has been described to them. Vibgyor is described to kids as the sequence of colours in a rainbow. Students coloured rainbow picture and have sung rainbow rhyme, as rainbow colours day activity. We invited Art and craft teacher’s from Fine Art College New Delhi, to share their craft knowledge with teachers and students. They have taught art and craft activities like different types of flowers making from paper, pigeon & various form of frill decoration, from paper cutting. It was really a value added session for teachers and students. All students and teachers enjoyed a lot. Our Nursery and Play Group students celebrated their Yellow Colour Day. It was really fitting to the celebration of rainbow colour day.
